Swim Facility Policies
QOSTC is extremely proud of our state-of-the-art swim facility! Upon entering you agree to abide by the QOSTC Rules and Regulations. Please also pay attention to our policies regarding lessons.
Scheduling and Payment Policy
Classes are filled on a first come, first Paid basis. The actual number of classes offered is dependent on enrollment and instructor availability.

Make Up Policy
Canceled Classes
Montgomery County regulations require pools to close for thunderstorms, fecal accidents and vomit. A make up lesson will be scheduled for any class that is canceled.
Inclement Weather Make-up Dates

For all Sessions held during the outdoor season, canceled classes will be on Fridays at the same time as the class normally occurs.

For all Sessions held during the indoor season, make-ups take place on the corresponding day/time the class was originally scheduled for, during the week immediately following the end of the session.
Missed Classes Policy
Missed classes cannot be made up and class fees cannot be refunded.
Refund/Credit Policy
Withdrawing from a class

Requests made before the registration deadline - You may receive a full class credit or a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

Requests made after the registration deadline & before the session begins - You may receive a class credit OR a refund minus a $35 late notification fee.

Requests made on or after the session start date - You may receive a prorated class credit ONLY minus a $25 late notification fee.
No Refunds will be issued after a session starts.
